Round table on topic "Application of insurance law in the work of judicial institutions and current issues in the development of litigation proceedings in the field of insurance"
Organized by the Association of Insurance Companies in the
Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Center for Education and
Research in Insurance (CEIOS), on 22nd May 2025, at the Hills Hotel
in Sarajevo, a round table was held on topic "Application of insurance law
in the work of judicial institutions and current issues in the development of
litigation proceedings in the field of insurance".
The event gathered more than 60
participants, and the president of the Cantonal Court in Livno, Mr. Jurica
Babić, was one of the panelists. Through the panels, the participants discussed
the effectiveness and alternative ways of resolving disputes, the application
of laws in the field of insurance, the role of experts in proceedings, and the
criminal-legal segment of insurance disputes.
